General Information

The Oral Exam is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your knowledge, your presentation/speaking skills, as well as your ability to communicate. The grades for the exam are reported separately.

COBE Operation Guidelines

The Operation Guidelines specify what you should do in managing the system.

The Personal Response

The first part of the Oral Exam is a personal response. You will be presented with two options or topics and asked to choose one.

Project Presentation

The second part of the Oral Exam is project presentation. You will be asked questions about your choice of topic, the main points in your project and your conclusions.

Response to an Audio-visual Prompt

The third part of the Oral Exam is responding to an audio-visual prompt. You will watch a short video clip and have to describe what happened in the video and answer a question about it.

Assessment Rubrics

Grades are given based upon your communicative ability and accuracy for each question set. Your response must be detailed and complete.
